5.12.3 RAID
RAID (redundant array of independent disks) is a data storage virtualization technology that
combines multiple physical HDD components into a single logical unit for the purposes of data
redundancy, performance improvement, or both.
RAID function is available on select models.

5.12.3.1 Creating RAID
RAID has diîš„erent levels, such as RAID 5 and RAID 6. Each level has diîš„erent data protection, data
availability, and performance grade. You can create diîš„erent types of RAID as needed.

When you create RAID, the disks in the RAID group will be formatted. Back up data in time.

Step 1 Select Main Menu > STORAGE > RAID > RAID.
