4.4.4 PR or Power Regulation mode
Power regulation is time proportional power regulation mode with a simple duty cycle generator
with time set up during which heating is turned on within the period.
This mode can be individually set up for any Channel.
The PR logic algorithm is the following: if time counter is below set up cycle time when
heating should be on (On time) then heating is turned on, and if time counter is above set
up time then heating is turned off just up to the end of mode period.
