5.8.7 7-4* Advanced Process PID Ctrl.
N O T I C E
The following parameter is only available in FC 302:
Parameter 7-48 PCD Feed Forward
This parameter group is only used if parameter 1-00 Configuration Mode is set to [7] Extended PID speed CL or [8] Extended PID Speed
OL.
Parameter 7-40 Process PID I-part Reset
Table 471: Parameter 7-40 Process PID I-part Reset
7-40 Process PID I-part Reset
Change during operation: True
Select the feedback source for the torque controller.
Select [1] Yes to reset the I-part of the process PID controller. The selection automatically returns to [0] No. Re-
setting the I-part makes it possible to start from a well-defined point after changing something in the process,
for example changing a textile roll.
Parameter 7-41 Process PID Output Neg. Clamp
Table 472: Parameter 7-41 Process PID Output Neg. Clamp
7-41 Process PID Output Neg. Clamp
Parameter type: Range, -100 - par. 7-42 %
Change during operation: True
Enter a negative limit for the process PID controller output.
Parameter 7-42 Process PID Output Pos. Clamp
Table 473: Parameter 7-42 Process PID Output Pos. Clamp
7-42 Process PID Output Pos. Clamp
Parameter type: Range, par. 7-41 % - 100%
Change during operation: True
Enter a positive limit for the process PID controller output.
Parameter 7-43 Process PID Gain Scale at Min. Ref.
Table 474: Parameter 7-43 Process PID Gain Scale at Min. Ref.
7-43 Process PID Gain Scale at Min. Ref.
Parameter type: Range, 0 - 100%
Change during operation: True
Enter a scaling percentage to apply to the process PID output when operating at the minimum reference. The scaling percentage is
adjusted linearly between the scale at minimum reference (parameter 7-43 Process PID Gain Scale at Min. Ref.) and the scale at maxi-
mum reference (parameter 7-44 Process PID Gain Scale at Max. Ref.).
