The CDP 85/135/175 utilize the condensation principle.
The humid air is drawn into the unit by a fan.
In the evaporator the air is cooled to below the dew point, the water vapour condenses into
liquid, which is led to a drain.
The heat extracted from the return air through the evaporator and the applied work by the
compressor, are recovered by the supply air through the condenser, resulting in an increase
in temperature compared to the return air temperature at the inlet. Warm dry air is thereby
reintroduced to the room.
The repeated circulation of air through the unit reduces the room’s relative humidity, resulting
in very rapid but gentle drying.
