Media Guide Adjustment
Note: It is important that the Windows print driver 'Stock' setting matches the size of the label you
are using. See the
Windows Driver section.
1. Unplug the printer from its power source.
2. Press down on both Printhead Latches to unlock the Printhead Carrier.
Raise the Printhead Carrier to its up position.
3. Adjust the Media Guides to fit the
width of your media. The guides
should be positioned so that there is
very little side-to-side media
movement, but not so tight as to cause
friction or bowing of the media.
