Contrast Adjustment
Since venues and applications vary, the 480 and 480R DriveRack™ units
provide you with the option of changing the contrast of the large custom
display. To make any adjustments to the display contrast, press the
UTILITY button and use the NEXTPG or PREVPG button to move to
page four of the utility menu. Contrast settings cannot be made to to other
units across the network. Settings must be changed to the selected unit
through its front panel interface. The display will appear something like
this:
• Use the PARAMETER 1 knob to set the desired display contrast.
The DriveRack™ will allow you to select the PC communication mode of
either MIDI or RS 232. Using this option gives you the ability to use either
the MIDI port or the RS232 for sending and receiving information including
Software downloads and System dumps. At any time, both connectors can
be connected, but one or the other must be selected from the utilities
menu to communicate. This can be accessed within the utility menu by
using the following procedure:
• From Program mode, press the UTILITY button and use the PREV PG
and NEXT PG button to move to page 6 of the Utility menu.
• Once you have reached page 6, the display will appear something like
this:

DriveRack™ 480 y 480R le ofrecen una función para cambiar el contraste
de su gran pantalla. Para realizar cualquier ajuste del contraste de la
pantalla, pulse el botón UTILITY y use el botón NEXTPG o PREVPG
para desplazarse a la página cuatro del menú de utilidades. Los ajustes de
contraste no pueden realizarse sobre otras unidades de la red. Los ajustes
han de ser realizados en la unidad elegida a través de su interface del
panel frontal. La pantalla mostrará algo como lo siguiente:
• Use el mando PARAMETER 1 para ajustar el contraste de pantalla al
valor deseado.
El DriveRack™ le permitirá elegir el modo de comunicación con su PC
entre MIDI o RS 232. El uso de esta opción le da la posibilidad de usar el
puerto MIDI o el RS232 para enviar y recibir todo tipo de información,
incluyendo descargas de software y volcados del sistema. En cualquier
momento puede tener conectadas ambas tomas, pero solo puede elegir
una de las dos desde el menú de utilidades para la comunicación. Puede
acceder a esta función en el menú de utilidades usando el siguiente
proceso:
• Desde el modo de programa, pulse el botón UTILITY y use el botón
PREV PG y NEXT PG para desplazarse a la página 6 del menú de
utilidades.
• Una vez que haya llegado a la página 6, en la pantalla aparecerá algo
parecido a esto:
