Removing the PERC battery
Prerequisites
1 Follow the safety guidelines listed in Safety instructions.
2 Follow the procedure listed in Before working inside your system.
3 Remove the sled from the enclosure.
4 If applicable, disconnect the battery cable from the PERC card.
CAUTION
: Do not hold the battery cable and lift the battery out.
Step
Holding the cable end of the battery, lift the battery out of the air shroud.
