Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover.
2 Remove the battery.
3 Remove the rear cover.
4 Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 17 in Removing the computer base.
Procedure
1 Peel the keyboard cable o the touchpad.
2 Remove the four screws (M2x2) that secure the touchpad to the palm-rest assembly.
3 Slide and lift the touchpad, along with the cable, at an angle o the palm-rest assembly.
