Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover.
2 Remove the graphics-card fan.
3 Remove the processor fan.
4 Remove the heat sink.

Procedure
1 Remove the two screws (M2x2.5) that secures the I/O board to the palm-rest assembly.
2 Open the latch and disconnect the I/O-board cable from the I/O board.
3 Lift the I/O board o the palm-rest assembly.
