About this task
The following image indicates the location of the LED board and provides a visual representation of the removal procedure.
Steps
1. Open the latch and disconnect the LED-board cable from its connector on the system board and LED board.
2. Remove the single screw (M2x3) that secures the LED board to the palm-rest assembly.
3. Lift the LED board and cable away from the palm-rest assembly.
