4. Remove the screws that secure the keyboard to the computer.
5. Perform the following steps as shown in the illustration:
a. Pry the keyboard to release it from the computer [1]
b. Remove the keyboard from the computer [2].
Installing the Keyboard
1. Place the keyboard to align with the screw holders to the computer.
2. Tighten the screws to secure the keyboard on the palmrest.
3. Connect the keyboard cable to its connector on the system board.
4. Install:
a. keyboard trim
b. base cover
c. battery
5. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your computer
Removing the Palmrest
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove:
