8. Remove the four M2x2 screws that secure the touchpad on the computer [1] and lift the touchpad from the system [2].
Installing the touchpad
1. Place the touchpad into the slot on the system and replace the four M2x2 screws to secure it to the system.
2. Affix the adhesive tape to secure the touchpad pane.
3. Connect the touchpad cable to the connector and affix the adhesive-backed cable to secure it to the touchpad.
4. Align and place touchpad bracket over the plastic hold down and replace the two M2x2 screws to secure it.
