4. When you are finished, click Continue.
• If no messages are generated, iSCSI I/O port configuration is saved and the Configure Ports page
is displayed.
• If there are issues, a message is displayed.

– Click No to go back and correct the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and/or Gateway address for
cards that generated an error.
– Click Yes to ignore the message and continue. The Configure Ports page opens.
Configure Ports Page
Use the Configure Ports page to configure the local ports for the Storage Center.
Select the connectivity modes and configure the front-end and back-end ports.
NOTE: To configure the front-end SAS ports of an SC4020 storage system, see the Dell SC4020

Select the Front-End Connectivity Modes
Select the front-end connectivity mode for the FC and iSCSI transport types.
1. For an SC4020 storage system with front-end FC ports, select the operational mode.
NOTE: Legacy port mode is not supported for SC4020 storage systems with front-end iSCSI
ports.
