Set the measurement type for the selected address

Adrs 0 Port[SDI-12]->
Select which port to use for the selected address. SDI-12 commands may be directed out one of
the serial ports instead of the standard SDI-12 port.

Adrs 0 Redirect [0]->
Select if the primary address will be redirected to a secondary address. This is used when
multiple measurement types are required for a single sensor.
