5.2. Setup the Oven
5.2.1. Select Oven Location
Warning!
Do not use the oven in wet, corrosive, or explosive atmospheres
unless this oven is specifically designed for a special atmosphere.
Caution!
Do not risk injury when lifting equipment. Take proper
precautions when lifting, carrying, or otherwise maintaining
heavy items.
Review oven weight to ensure the foundation is adequate to hold
the weight.
5.2.1.1. Single Oven Placement Requirements
• Oven may be placed on bench top or another framework capable of holding at
least 380 Lbs (172 Kg).
• The oven may be placed next to another oven, with three-quarters of an inch
(19mm) clearance (measure with door open).
• The rear of the oven may be placed against a wall (with proper spacing).
• Leave room at the oven sides and rear for maintenance.
• LCC/LCD oven exhaust opening is on the rear of the oven.
• Exhaust air may reach 260°C on the LCC version and 350°C on the LCD version.
Make sure exhaust piping materials can withstand these temperatures.
• Plumb and level the oven to assure proper heat distribution and operation of
all mechanical components.
