Caution!
Design the drain system to prevent operator injury from high
temperature or pressure buildup. Piping must be able to
withstand short periods of up to 260°C (500°F) for LCC and 350°C
(662°F) for LCD ovens. Insulate drain lines and/or install warning
labels stating the potential high temperature or pressure hazard.
5.2.3. Exhaust Connections
The LCC/LCD Series oven exhaust port is located on the rear of the oven (Figure
12). Table 6 lists the requirements for the exhaust stack for the LCC/LCD Series
oven.

Notice
Do not cover cabinet cooling fan. The cooling fan is required for
lower compartment ventilation.
All stacks must comply with state and local building codes to
insure that surrounding combustible surfaces are below 71°C
(160°F).
