Description:
The DIMAX server sends output_timing_constraints reply message to the client in response
to the query_output_timing_constraints request. This reply adds the limits of the specified
output for custom output timing settings.

• id: output identifier

• hactive min, max, mask: horizontal active limits and mask
• vactive min, max, mask: vertical active limits and mask
