at&r: Control the CTS signal
The at&r command configures how the router controls the CTS signal to the terminal. There are three
options:
n &R0 CTS is always On.
n &R1 CTS follows RTS. The delay between RTS changing and CTS changing is set in AT register
56 in multiples of 10 milliseconds.
n &R2 CTS is always Off.
