What to do if Digisol DG-WA3002NP Wireless Access Point is not responding?
- JJill KellyJul 30, 2025
First, ensure the power cord and network cable are correctly and firmly inserted into your Digisol Wireless Access Point. If the LEDs are off, verify the A/C power adapter is working. Confirm that you're using the same IP address subnet as the Access Point. If these steps don't resolve the issue, try connecting with another computer to rule out filtering issues. If problems persist, perform a hard reset by pressing the reset button. You can also set your computer to obtain an IP address automatically (DHCP). If the problem occurred after a firmware upgrade, contact your dealer for assistance. If none of these solutions work, contact your dealer for help.
