Description
The FlexxPump 125 sends a permanent output signal (high level) at PIN 4 to signal
readiness for operation to the controller. This signal must be available uninterruptedly for at
least 3 s before a control signal can be sent to the FlexxPump 125.
The 24-V signal 3sec (2.9 s ... 3.1 s) can then be sent to the FlexxPump 125.
After the signal drops to 0 V, the pump’s rst motor run starts and the FlexxPump 125
pumps lubricant.
The motor running time (ML) depends on the lubricant and the counter-pressure
(7 s ... 17 s).
At the end of the rst pumping process, the FlexxPump 125 sends a pause signal
(P=0.5 s). Then the second motor run starts.
The FlexxPump 125 can process the next signal 3 s after the end of the second motor run
at the earliest (pause time Tp at least 38 s).
