7.2 Output Signals (PIN 4)
This chapter describes the signals which the FlexxPump 125 sends to an external controller.
The following descriptions apply for the factory setting of the parameter E (E0), see 5.1.6 E
(Error / output signal inversion).
7.2.1. Overview of output signals
The FlexxPump 125 sends the following predened output signals to an external controller.

7.2.2. Error E1 (empty)
The error E1 signals that the cartridge is empty.

Description:
• The electronics in the FlexxPump 125 count the dosing processes according to the used
cartridge. 833 dosing processes are possible when using a 125 cm³ cartridge and 1,666
with a 250 cm³ cartridge.
• The error E1 (empty signal) can only occur after a dosing process, any follow-up dosing is
interrupted.
• The error cannot be acknowledged, the error E1 becomes error E2 after removing the
empty cartridge.
