Water Heater Troubleshooting
Operational Issue Potential Reason Page
On Demand Water Heaters
When the water is running, the appliance
does not attempt ignition and the fan does
not run.
The water flow is less than 0.8 gpm (3.0 lpm) at the faucet. 24
The winter/summer setting on the modulating valve requires
adjustment.

The E.C.O. is in open circuit. 22
The E.C.O. needs to be reset.
The inline 3 A fuse at the Water Heater is blown. 15
