Check/Action Remedy
Alarm, too low pres-
sure due to a reject
valve that does not
close.
13
Alarm, too low
pressure due to an
inlet valve that does
not open - either the
valve is faulty or not
energized.
14
Start the water purier.
Check if it produces any
pure water or if the ow is
very low.
Measure the water ow in
the reject hose.
When the motor is running,
check that the inlet valve is
energized.
Check if any water ows
in the drain hose when the
product is ushing. If water
ows, the inlet valve is
open.
Verify that the water purier
is disconnected and then,
with care, slightly open one
of the lter containers. Re-
connect the product. Check
if any water comes out of
the lter container. If so, the
inlet valve opens properly.

water spillage, be
ready to unplug the
product.
If the reject valve remains in a ushing
position - change the reject valve.
In this case the reject ow will be > 5 l/minute.
If the inlet valve is not energized (no power to
the inlet valve), a wiring fault or a soldering
of a contact on the PCB might be the cause.
Replace the inlet valve if no water ows from
the lter container or in the drain hose (the
inlet valve does not open).
