4 Installation
This chapter describes the installation of the product.
4.1 Check minimum distance
• Ensure that there is a space of at least 50mm to pull out the battery holder.

4.2 Drilling fixing holes
Replace locks that do not comply with DIN standard 18251-1 (EN 12209: 2015).
The fitting used determines the position, number and diameter of the drill holes.

ü Existing fitting removed
1. If there are no existing drill holes:
Mark the drill holes on the outside and inside of the door.
2. Remove the lock.
3. Note: Do not drill through the door.
Drill the holes up to the lock mortise.
4. Clean the lock mortise.
5. Insert the lock.
