Malfunction Possible cause Remedy

Reset device:
1. Program switch set to position
“0”
2. Switch program switch to the
desired operation mode.
3. Switch power switch to “OFF”
position.
4. Switch power switch to “ON”
position after 5 sec.
LED operating
display does not
light up.
The door does
not respond.
No power supply. Swing door operator defective.
Loose cable connections. Connect cable connections thoroughly.
Cable defective. Replace cable.
Mains plug not inserted. Insert the mains plug.
Swing door operator defective. Replace swing door operator.
LED operating
display lights up.
The door does
not respond.
Program switch set to position
“0” (central position).
Switch program switch to position “I”.
Program switch in position “II”
(PermanentOpen).
Switch program switch to position “I”.
“PowerLess” operation mode is
set.
Set “PowerLess” operation mode via
potentiometer 1.
See 3.6.
The door was opened via the
current pulse function and is in
”PermanentOpen”.
Close door via a new
current pulse. Press the button twice
in quick
succession.
Swing door operator defective. Replace swing door operator.
