Frame rate counter
Enables or disables a live display of the current input frame rate.
NOTE: You can quickly toggle the frame rate counter on and off by
pressing the joystick left when the OSD menu is not active.
NOTE: You can adjust the position of the frame rate counter by pressing
the joystick up or down when frame rate counter overlay is active.
NOTE: While the OSD menu is active, the frame rate counter cannot be
displayed. If enabled, it will appear once the menu is closed.
NOTE: At low frame rates, the graphics card may use a technique called
low framerate compensation (LFC), duplicating frames to match the
minimum refresh rate of Spectrum.
As Spectrum cannot differentiate between new frames and their
duplicates the frame rate counter will in this case show the total number
of frames generated by the graphics card (48). This may differ from the
number of unique frames as displayed by some software-based frame rate
counters.
