Installations to the basic device must be done in
accordance with the Instructions for Use of the
basic device. Make sure that the connection is
securely fitted onto the basic device system.
CAUTION
Only one copy of the Instructions for Use is
included in the clinical package and should
therefore be kept in an accessible location for
users.
