The appliance does switch on, but the heating does not switch on.

Switch the appliance o and on by making it free from voltage using the main switch.
Switch the main switch as described in user manual section 3.3.

Perform a factory reset as described in user manual section 5.3.

Check that the cables between the heating element and control unit are connected correctly.
Ensure that the cables are connected correctly.
The heating blows air, but does not get warm.

Check the thermal safety on the heating element for correct connection and operation.
Heating unit makes noise.

Check that all screw connections are tight.
Tighten if necessary.

Check the impeller for dust accumulation.
If dust is present, clean it with a soft brush and a vacuum cleaner.

Replace heating unit.
The picture does not correspond with the logs.

Check that the logs are positioned as described.
Ensure the logs are positioned as described in the installation manual, section 8.5.

Check that the HDMI cables are connected correctly (Virtuo Evolve 130 and Virtuo Evolve 180).
The right screen must be connected with HDMI R and the left screen with HDMI L.
