11. Malfunctions
In case of poor operation of the appliance, consult the following overview of malfunctions.
Does it not contain your malfunction? Remove the plug from the socket and contact your dealer.

Do not open the appliance yourself and do not make changes yourself. Always leave this to a recognised
electrical installer.
The appliance does not switch on.

Make sure the main switch is switched on.

Check the plug connection.

Check the voltage in the meter cupboard.
Make sure it receives voltage.
Remote control does not connect with the appliance

Try to couple the remote control once more, as described in user manual section 4.
The remote control is connected, but appliance does not switch on (remains standby).

If not, perform a software update.
The appliance does switch on, but the projection does not (or not fully) switch on.
