In case doesn’t need Auto Gap function by holding then press the
button briefly to switch the Auto Gap to OFF.

IR SETTING and WARMING UP
5.5.1 Switch the IR function to ON
Before warming up the coater, holding then press button
briefly to switch IR to ON
Set IR temp SV as below:
