Q1: Leading edge has flat spot or very little coating
Reason:
Auto gap engagement too soon or “0000” gap too wide
Actions:
1.1 Hold the then tip on to increase the number, default is 62,
greater figure will make the engagement timing longer. If not
1.2 Reduce the “0000” gap, or readjust the gap to 0.15mm
Q2: The bottom image has a repeating line
Reason:
The auto gap engagement too soon, or auto gap is too narrow
Actions:
2.1 While coater is running, hold the then press button to increase
the number to delay the engage timing. Default timing is 62, greater than 62 is
increase the engagement timing, smaller than 62 is shorten the engagement
timing.
1.2 If 1.1 cannot solve the problem means the auto gap is too small, re adjust the
gap to 0.15mm.
