7. MAINTENANCE
7.1 Introduction
The periods of general maintenance are divided into daily, weekly, monthly and twice yearly periods,
this is in order to reduce possible breakdowns and extend the life of the components. Before
performing any maintenance the AC power has to be switched to OFF.

For the best coating
results the application
roller has to be kept
clean and in good
condition at all times.
It’s very important that
the roller is cleaned
after every job.

Belt, Coating Roller

1.Make sure the belts
are tight. If the belts
become loose then
adjust the tension
pulley or change the
belt.
2. Idle Pulley needs
lubricated by WD-40
make sure it move free
