– Before checking the valve clearance let the
engine cool down.

1.
Park the machine safely
Ä Chapter 6.4 „Parking the machine
in secured condition“ on page 55.
2. Let the engine cool down to ambient temperature.
3. Pull the air feed hose (1) and the hose clamp (2) of
f the cover
(3).
4. Disassemble the cover (1) and air filter (2).
