Processor Interaction with the Output Jacks
e processor board controls the proper channeling of the output signals to the output jacks. e processor also activates and
monitors the relay that allows output from the unit.
Processor Control of Output Waveforms
e output waveforms are generated by a Digital Signal Processor on command from the main processor. Since the signals
are digitally created, the accuracy of the waveform is derived from the crystal clock of the processor, whose accuracy is
typically .001% or better. Both the output intensity as well as the frequency are digitally controlled through communication
between the main processor and the Digital Signal processors.
