p Interference filters
For all other radios except for RC-3
To check the type number of your radio, remove the battery. The type
number (RC-19 and RC-20) is printed on the white label inside your radio.
When charging your radio with the charger ACP-12, you need to use two
electromagnetic interference filters. The only exception is the RC-3 radio,
which does not require using these filters. Two filters are supplied in the
sales package, and they are also available as separate accessories. See
Install the electromagnetic interference filters on page 19 for how to install
the filters to the charger’s power cord.
