Volume keys
The volume keys adjust the volume of the currently
active speaker, either the earpiece or the
loudspeaker. Press the upper key (+) to increase the
volume, and the lower key (
) to decrease the
volume.

Accessory connectors
Your radio has two accessory connectors, the one
on the side and the other at the bottom of the radio.
The side connector enables to connect data and
audio accessories. The bottom connector is used for
programming, charging, and carkit usage. See
Charge the battery on page 20.
Note that the side connector has a protective cover.
To use the connector, remove the cover first.
Warning: Whenever an accessory is connected to the side
connector, the base connector is out of use, except the charging
functionality.

Vibration alert
There is a vibration alert in your radio. It alerts you even if your radio
is in the silent mode. You can set the vibration alert separately for
each profile, and it automatically follows the selected profile.
To set the vibration alert, select
Options
Menu
Settings
Personalise
Vibra option.
In the user interface, the settings of the vibration alert are the
following:
Always on: the vibration alert is on in all the conditions.
Off: the vibration alert is off.
Group calls off: the vibration alert is on with all the other calls
except group calls.
