The roll is not present or
inserted not correctly
Open the black cover printer
and check for the presence of
the roll and if this is inserted
correctly with the printable flap
rolls down.
The roll does not follow the
specifications of the machine
Check that the roll is of thermal
paper (58mm width x 40mm
diameter)
Print poorly, or only on one
side
Open the cover, remove the roll
of paper and check that there is
no dirt or pieces of paper on the
print heads
Replace the printer or contact

The print comes out with
red longitudinal lines
The roll is about to run out.
