During non-disablement periods, the screen will display “Non-Disablement” on the top row. For

Prepayment Menu Screens
When the meter is in Prepayment Mode, there is an additional Prepayment menu that enables
users to:
▪ Top up pay as you go credit.
▪ View and activate emergency credit.
▪ View pay as you go debts.
▪ View pay as you go history
11.11.1 Top Up Pay as You Go Credit
The Top Up menu enables users to add credit to the meter by entering a Unique Transaction
Reference Number (UTRN).
For information about topping up credit, refer to section 12 Top Up Pay As You Go Credit.
11.11.2 Display Emergency Credit
The Display Emergency Credit menu displays if there is emergency credit available on the meter
or if emergency credit is in use.
If emergency credit is available, the screen will display the amount available. For example:
