Cause Fricon resistance is too high due to contaminated bearings and/or contaminated
lubricant.
Remedy
Clean pump, respecvely perform maintenance.
Cause Lubricant level is too high.
Remedy Drain lubricant down to the correct level.
Cause Lubricant level is too low.
Remedy Top up lubricant to the correct level.
Cause Wrong lubricant lled in.

Cause Like "Pump gets too hot".
Remedy See Pump gets too hot

Cause Incorrect mains voltage for the motor.
Remedy Connect the motor to the correct mains voltage.

Cause Motor rotor defecve.

Cause Distances between housing and rotors is too small due to contaminaon.
Remedy Clean pumping chamber.
Cause Distances between housing and rotors is too small due to distoron of the pump.
Remedy Ax and connect the pump free of tensions.
Cause Rotors make contact with the housing.
Remedy Contact Edwards Service. Shutdown pump immediately.
Cause Rotor is running untrue.
