Clean & lubricate guide grooves
Move the control lever for height adjustment for-
ward to the „open“ position. Pull the seatpost apart
with your hand until it stops.
Clean the longitudinal guide grooves of the seat
post with a cloth.
Apply grease in the longitudinal guide groove and
on the two webs.
Push the seat post back together.
Push the height adjustment lever back into the closed position.
