5.3 Cleaning the Device
Clean the device after using it with a patient.
Wipe down the exterior of the device using any of the following methods:
• Disinfecting laboratory wipes.
• Isopropyl alcohol, 70% ethanol, or alcohol wipes.
CAUTION:
Avoid cleaning substances that could leave a chloride residue.
