7 How to open the unit
Live parts inside the unit!
Risk of electrocution.
Always pull the mains plug before you open the unit.
For checks requiring the unit to be connected use a mains
interrupting transfomer.

Proceed as follows:
How to remove the
bottom plate
1. Place the unit onto the workplace upside down.
2. Pull off the timer turning knob.
3. Remove the recessed head screw (Illustration 7.1.1.)
