Why does Elma Other have no ultrasound but heating is OK?
    • R
      roynicholasAug 7, 2025
If there's no ultrasound but the heating is working, the issue could be with the interference filter coil or the timer. In such cases, consider replacing the component or the complete interference filter.

What to do if Elma T310 Other has no ultrasound and no heating?
    • M
      Michele JohnsonAug 12, 2025
If there is no ultrasound and no heating, the issue might be a faulty printed board (BZW diode; transistors; diodes mains and HF). You can try replacing the component or the complete printed board. Alternatively, disconnect the heating cable and check the unit again with new fuses. If the short circuit doesn't occur again, the heating is faulty, and you should replace it.

      Christopher Torres PhDAug 17, 2025
If the fuse is released, and there's no heating or ultrasound, it indicates a short circuit in the heating system. Disconnect the heating cable and check the unit again using new fuses. If the short circuit does not occur again, it confirms that the heating is faulty. Replace the faulty heating.

Why does Elma Other have no ultrasound or weak ultrasound, but heating is OK?
    • A
      Ashley MillerAug 22, 2025
If there is no ultrasound or weak ultrasound, but the heating is okay, the issue could be with the output transformer, the output capacitor (6.8nF), or scorching in the transducer system. You may need to replace the component or the complete printed board, or open and check the transducer system.
