with no penalty. At least the
following dischargers are
required to be installed:
a) 5 (five) on each winglet;
b) 2 (two) on each aileron;
c) 2 (two) on each elevator;
d) 2 (two) on each horizontal
stabilizer, and
e) 4 (four) on rudder/vertical
stabilizer.
