3.1ON/OFFbydigitalinput
TheON/OFFdigitalinputhaspriorityoverthekeyboard.TheunitcanbeswitchedONandOFFfrom
keyboardonlyiftheunitisinONmodebytheinput(contactclosed).
IfyoudonotintendtousetheremoteON/OFFfunctionviadigitalinput,identifytherelevant
terminalsinthewiringdiagramandjumperthem(terminals12).
Warning:theON/OFFinputisinnocaseintendedasanthermoregulationinput,i.e.
itshouldnotbeconnectedtoexternalcontrolunitsorthermostatsusedfor
temperaturecontrol.ForthisuseitisadvisabletoactontheEnergysavingcontact
(seebelow).
ThetypicaluseoftheON/OFFcontactistoturntheunitonandoffinpredefined
periodsbymeansofexternalmechanicalclocksorrelaydevicescontrolledbySMS.
Withthecontactinactive(no
bridgeintheterminalboard)
theunitisswitchedoff,the
displayshowsOFF.
Withactivecontact(bridgein
terminalblock)theunitis
enabledinthelastselected
operatingmode(seebelow).
