Improper connection can cause injury or death.
‣ The electrical connection must only be carried out by a certified electrician.
‣ Technical personnel must have read and understood the instructions in this manual and
must adhere to them.
‣ Prior to beginning any wiring work, make sure voltage is not applied to any of the cables.
4.1 Wiring
The device does not have a power switch
‣ You must provide a protected circuit breaker in the vicinity of the device.
‣ This must be a switch or a power-circuit breaker and you must label it as the circuit
breaker for the device.
‣ At the supply point, the power supply for the 24 V versions must be isolated from
dangerous live cables by double or reinforced insulation.
The electrical connection of the transmitter differs depending on the device version:
• If you are using a device without Memosens functionality, please read the instructions in
the "Electrical connection without Memosens functionality" section.
• If you are using a device with Memosens functionality, please read the instructions in the
"Electrical connection with Memosens functionality" section.
