3.12 Connecting to Prosonic Flow 91 field housing

Caution!
Connect the ground terminals on the cables to the uninsulated housing components or to the
ground terminals in the connection compartment.
1. Remove the cover of the connection compartment.
2. Disconnect the sensor signal cables (4).
3. Connect the connectors of the Simubox cable with the amplifier sockets and the Fieldcheck
socket (5).

Note!
The SYNC connector of the Simubox cable must be connected to the Fieldcheck socket.
4. Connect Fieldcheck to terminal pair 24/25 for pulse and terminal pair 26/27 for power.

Note!
The configuration of the outputs depends on the product type and the order version of the
tested transmitter. To find out which terminal pairs are assigned to the outputs, see the
"Wiring" section of the flowmeter Operating Instructions.
5. Connect Fieldcheck to the service connector (6) using a special connecting cable.
