Note!
This function is only available for Prowirl 73
Use this function to select the application-specific temperature range in the simulated
process.
If the temperature range selected cannot be used for the application (e.g. –40 °C for
saturated steam applications), the option selected is not accepted. Instead an appropriate
range is specified (180 °C in this example).
The temperature values indicated are to be regarded as a "range". The values actually
simulated deviate slightly from this range.
Options:
–40, 15, 180, 280 °C
230, 290, 450, 540 K
–40, 60, 360, 500 °F
420, 520, 820, 960 R
Factory settings
Superheated steam: 280 °C
Saturated steam: 180 °C
Other: 15 °C
or as per the unit selected in the measuring device
SIGNAL 1 LEVEL Use this function to enter the flow value which is to be simulated.
User input:
0.000 to 99999 (6-digit floating-point number)

Note!
The flow limits are adopted depending on the option selected in the SELECT FLUID
function of the flowmeter. Values smaller than Q
min
cannot be entered. The following
values are possible:
GAS/STEAM: 0, Q
min
to 70 m/s
•LIQUID: 0, Q
min
to 9 m/s
The flow actually simulated can deviate slightly from your entries.
Unit:
The unit configured in the measuring device is adopted.
