3.4 Post-installation check
Perform the following checks after installing the measuring device on the pipe:
Device condition and specifications Notes
Is the device damaged? visual inspection
Does the device correspond to specifications at the measuring point,
including process temperature, ambient temperature, measuring
range, etc.?

Installation Notes
Are the measuring point number and labelling correct? visual inspection
Process environment / process conditions Notes
Are the sensors installed correctly according the compulsory installa-
tion location?

Is the measuring device protected against moisture and direct sun-
light?
