8. Select the Multi-Page check box in the Layout dialog box,
then select Pages per Sheet.
9. Make the following settings for Pages Per Sheet printing.
10. Click OK to save the settings and close the Layout dialog box.
11. Click Print to start printing.
2 Pages,
4 Pages
Prints two or four pages of your document on a
single piece of paper.
Page Order Allows you to specify the order in which the
pages will be printed on the sheet of paper.
Some settings may be unavailable, depending
on the Orientation setting in the Page Setup
dialog box.
Print page
frames
Prints frames around the pages printed on each
sheet.
